The single-family home at 262 Camino Josefina in Rio Rico has been sold on Feb. 27. The total purchase price was $369,000.

1. $433K, rural residence at 66 Camino Embarcadero

The rural residence at 66 Camino Embarcadero in Rio Rico changed owners on March 2. The price was $433,000. The house was built in 2007 and has a living area of 2,568 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $169.
